Pay the full room rent in advance at check-in. Bring your booking confirmation.

Change or cancel a booking by email to [email protected] at least 48 hours before arrival. Changes by phone are not accepted. Otherwise, rent for 2 nights plus a 10% handling charge is payable.

Choose your arrival time carefully and allow about 1 hour for transport. Give times in the 24-hour format: 18:00, not 6:00.

Do not show your booking confirmation to strangers outside Chungking Mansions who claim to be guesthouse staff. Mr Simon To checks you in at the guesthouse.
